Cancellation/ No Show Policy: If you wish to cancel your appointment you have a minimum of 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to do so. If you cancel in less than 12 hours before, you will be charged 50% of your entire service(s). If it’s 3 hours or less prior to your appointment time or you are a no show you will be charged 100% of your service(s). Late Policy: We strictly enforce a 5 MINUTE grace period. You must be IN MY ROOM by the 5 minute grace period. Anything later than that will be considered late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your service(s). Multiple Services Policy: If you’re booking multiple services and choose to cancel one or multiple service(s) with less than 12 hour notice, 50% of the services canceled will still be charged on top of the total price of the services you choose to receive. If it’s 3 hours or less prior to your appointment time you will be charged 100% of the services canceled on top of the total price of the services you choose to receive.
