Cancellation/ No Show Policy: If you wish to cancel your appointment you have a minimum of 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to do so. If you cancel in less than 12 hours before, you will be charged 50% of your entire service(s). If it’s an hour or less prior to your appointment time or you are a no show you will be charged 100% of your service(s). Late Policy: We strictly enforce a 7 MINUTE grace period. You must be IN MY ROOM by the 7 minute grace period. Anything later than that will be considered late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of your service(s). Multiple Services Policy: If you’re booking multiple services and choose to cancel one or multiple service(s) with less than 12 hour notice, 50% of the services canceled will still be charged on top of the total price of the services you choose to receive. If it’s an hour or less prior to your appointment time you will be charged 100% of the services canceled on top of the total price of the services you choose to receive.
